The client accepts our Standard Business Conditions with his purchase of our goods.
All items offered in our catalogue are faultless originals if not specifically declared as copies. The description of our goods is made with the best of our knowledge.
The company Markus Bertram guarantees a general right to return the goods up to 14 days according to the postmark. Additionally we guarantee a right to return the bought goods in between 12 months if they are not original as we promised in the catalogue.

Excluded from the right to return are the following items:
Goods which were found in soil or water, Copies, Goods which are declared as damaged, Technical Literature, Antiquarian books. All purchased goods which have been modified in any kind by the client can not be given back . The return has always to be done by insured letter or by insured parcel.

The insurance has to cover the value of the item.Goods with the insignia of the third Reich ,decoration- or deactivated weapons, daggers, knifes, bayonets, swords, sabres, decoration - or deactivated ammunition are only been sold to persons who have fulfilled the age of 18 years.
If you want to buy one of the above mentioned items it is necessary that you send us an actual copy of your passport with your birth date per letter, fax or e-mail.
Our offer is open, there is no general right of delivery, subject to goods being unsold , errors and prices are subject to change.

The delivery is according to the sequence of incoming purchase order. The delivery can only take place when the payment is made in advance ( by bank transfer or by insured value letter).

The risk of shipping ( for example the transfer caused damage or loss) is transferred from seller to the buyer after the correct hand over to the post office.
Value Added tax is not shown on our invoices as we are exempted from tax. We generally do not pay for costs of expertise, only in special cases after our explicit agreement.

Shipping costs, and eventually added shipping insurance costs / transfer insurance costs are additionally charged to the client. All goods remain as property of the company Markus Bertram until they are completely paid.

The address of the company Markus Bertram is the only place of fulfilment accepted for both contractual partners. Wuppertal is the only place of jurisdiction accepted for both contractual partners.
